Install instructions

Go to the Scratch Editor, then click File -> Load from your computer.

Now select the Windows 11 SB3 file.

Click OK if it asks to replace the current contents of the project.

And there you go! Windows 11 is now ready to install.

Click the fullscreen button, then the green flag, and enjoy.
